Job Title: Creative Content Marketing Lead (Organic + AI) (Remote - Philippines)

We've built a powerhouse marketing team (video editor, paid ads manager, website designer, and more). Now, we're looking for you — the creative spark to tie it all together.

Your Mission

Drive the organic and creative marketing engine for the brand. You'll lead the charge on content direction, storytelling, campaign ideas, and branding — working across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your ideas will also help fuel our paid ad success.

You're not just a poster. You're a storyteller, trend-spotter, AI-enhancer, video-savvy content leader, and creative strategist.

We're looking for someone dynamic, adaptable, and energized by fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a 12-month content and campaign calendar
  • Strategize content pillars and oversee weekly video topics/scripts
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to help craft copy, hooks, and content ideas
  • Plan and refine multi-step content funnels (TOF > MOF > BOF)
  • Lead organic content strategy across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Edit short-form videos, reels, and stories using tools like CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts, carousels, captions, and stories
  • Collaborate with our video editor and graphic designer to bring ideas to life
  • Direct and manage content shoots (remotely or via footage planning)
  • Support the paid ads team with creative ideas and content variants for testing
  • Monitor trends and propose new formats, angles, and strategies
  • Track engagement metrics and help refine strategy for growth

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years in content marketing or social media, preferably for service or health brands
  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • Proven experience creating content that drives organic engagement
  • Hands-on experience editing videos for social (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
  • Familiar with managing posting schedules and engagement across major platforms
  • Deep understanding of social content strategy (Meta, YT, IG, TikTok)
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, image/video generators, etc.)
  • Leadership mindset — self-starter, solutions-oriented, proactive
  • Clear, engaging storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Dynamic and adaptable — comfortable wearing multiple hats and shifting priorities
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative
