Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the setup of the author website
  • Homepage
  • About the Author
  • Books/Workbook
  • Blog section
  • Speaking/Booking Page
  • Contact Form
  • Newsletter Signup
  • Embedded Podcast section (to be activated at a later stage)
  • Confirm email setup and ensure proper domain email functionality.
  • Connect the website to Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
  • Create and schedule a Welcome Email for new subscribers.
  • Support strategic digital marketing efforts to launch and grow the author's brand.
  • Assist in planning and implementing social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in website setup and management (preferably WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
  • Strong skills in digital marketing and brand development.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar.
  • Ability to write and design marketing content, including email campaigns.
  • Social media marketing skills are a strong plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
