About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Marketing to join our Marketing team in a remote setup. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-aligned designs for digital and print marketing materials. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, has strong technical design skills, and enjoys collaborating with a dynamic remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and advertisements.
  • Create visual assets for presentations, brochures, reports, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Work with content creators and social media teams to design engaging visual content.
  • Adapt and optimize graphics for various digital platforms and formats.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field is a plus (not required with strong experience).
  • Australian experience is necessary.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • A portfolio of past work is required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Experience in UI/UX design for websites or apps.
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing basics.
  • Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
