About the role

As a Production Officer at CM & SONS FOOD PRODUCTS INC. (Merzci), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective production operations at our food manufacturing facility in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. This full-time position is responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives
  • Monitor production operations and make adjustments as needed to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with teams, such as quality control, operations, and logistics, to identify and resolve any production-related issues
  • Analyse production data and provide detailed reports to management on key performance metrics
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management and materials planning processes
  • Provide training and support to production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or any related field
  • With at least 3 years of working experiences as a Production Officer/Supervisor related to bakery and food production operation
  • Strong understanding of production planning principles, inventory management, and quality control processes
  • Has strong work ethics and follows company policies and general rules set forth by the company
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other job-related technology
  • Willing to work at Vista Alegre Plant, Vista Alegre, Bacolod City
