The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with production or operations teams to maintain consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations
  • Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to resolve quality issues
  • Monitor proper handling, storage, and labeling of products
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
  • Report quality issues to management and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or related field
  • With experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and documentation
  • Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GMP, or company-specific quality systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Willing to work on-site and perform physical inspections when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php10, Php15,000.00 per month
