About the role

St. Vincent General Hospital Cebu, Inc., a leading healthcare provider in Cebu City, Cebu, is seeking an experienced and dedicated HMO staff to join our team. This full-time role will play a crucial part in managing our Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our patients and clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling HMO member inquiries and processing claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinating with HMO providers and insurance companies to ensure seamless service for our patients
  • Maintaining accurate records and data related to HMO activities
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HMO policies and procedures
  • Providing support and training to other HMO staff as needed
  • Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to enhance the overall patient experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 6 months- 1 year of experience in HMO operations or healthcare administration but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Must be a graduate of any four-year course
  • Preferrably with customer service experience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Can deal with patient and families coming from different educational levels and backgrounds
  • Must commit to maintain confidentiality of all data and information handled.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with HMO-related software and databases
  • Passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
