About the Role

We're looking for a driven, detail-focused Sourcing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You'll play a key role in identifying global suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring quality standards and logistics run smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Source and vet international and domestic suppliers, especially in Asia
  • Negotiate terms and pricing directly with new vendors
  • Coordinate with 3rd-party inspectors to ensure all shipments meet our quality standards
  • Collaborate across Operations, Product, and Sales teams on project-based sourcing
  • Own key deliverables known as "Rocks" - your personal, measurable quarterly objectives

 Measurables You'll Be Evaluated On:

  • # of qualified suppliers sourced per month
  • Average cost savings vs. Supplier quotes
  • % of supplier shipments passing 1st QC inspections
  • Lead time from supplier identification to shipment
  • % of sourcing projects completed on time
  • Internal satisfaction scores from Ops, Product, and Sales teams
  • Quarterly Rocks Completion - $200 bonus per Rocks
Rock Bonus Program

Requirements
  •  3+ years in international sourcing, supplier negotiation, or procurement
  •  Familiar with cross-border logistics and international freight options
  • Comfortable working across time zones and managing shifting priorities
  • Strong English communication skills – written and spoken
  • Bonus points if you've sourced from 1688, Alibaba, or global B2B platforms
  • MUST PROVIDE YOUR EQUIPMENT AND A RELIABLE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION
