What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to inbound customer calls and inquiries related to our healthcare products and services
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  3. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  4. Escalating complex queries to senior team members as needed
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and systems
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
