About the role

At Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Utility Staff to join our team in Mauban Quezon. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. As a Maintenance/Utility Staff, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of essential maintenance and support tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and safety across our site.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work, such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities
  • Respond quickly to service requests and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment by completing daily cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and materials
  • Provide support to other team members as needed to maintain high standards of service

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or utility role, preferably in the trades or services industry
  • Strong practical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of issues
  • Good working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
