About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Accounting Staff to join our team at HAPPY MANPOWER SERVICES INC.'. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, and will play a key role in supporting our company's accounting and financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and statements
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our accounting processes and systems

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small to medium-sized organisation
  • Strong proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant software
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Residing between Opol to Laguindingan
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations applicable to the industry
