This is a remote position.

Job Highlights

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am to 6:00pm NSW Time (Flexible during client business hours), 40 hours per week Purpose: Improve conversion rates across the funnel by running structured experiments, analyzing user behavior, and developing UX-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Audit funnel performance (Homepage → PLP → PDP → Checkout)
  • Analyze behavior via heat-maps, recordings, scroll-depth
  • Identify UX and messaging bottlenecks
  • Create hypotheses and AB testing plans
  • Work with UX, design, and copy teams
  • Provide weekly insights & recommendations
  • Coordinate CRO implementations with developers
Expected Output
  • 2–3 CRO tests per month
  • Weekly CRO insights report
  • Monthly funnel audit
Requirements Technical Requirements
  • 2+ years CRO experience (D2C preferred)
  • Familiar with: GA4, Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity, AB testing tools, Web UX fundamentals
