Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on
SEO & CRO Specialist
to take full ownership of organic growth and conversion performance. This role will be key in driving measurable improvements to search visibility, website traffic, and conversion rates across ecommerce platforms.

You'll work on both technical SEO and data-driven CRO initiatives, ensuring seamless platform performance while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Work Set up:

  • FTE, Hybrid Work Set-Up (IT Park, Cebu City).
  • Need your own Equipment.
  • Mid-Shift, 12noon Onwards (Philippine time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, from audits to content optimization and link-building.
  • Drive organic traffic growth through keyword research, technical SEO implementations, and on-page optimization.
  • Lead SEO planning and execution during platform migrations, ensuring performance and ranking stability.
  • Design and run data-driven CRO programmes, including A/B and multivariate testing across product and checkout flows.
  • Optimise conversion funnels by identifying friction points and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO and CRO performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical SEO and CRO recommendations are implemented effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, CRO, and ecommerce trends to drive ongoing innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in ecommerce with proven results.
  • 2+ years of CRO experience with a strong background in A/B testing and funnel optimisation.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise, including site migrations, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with CRO platforms like Google Optimize, VWO, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Magento/Adobe Commerce and Shopify.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and implementations.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to tie initiatives directly to revenue impact
