Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include actively engaging with clients to present Ayala Land Premier's range of offerings, identifying potential clients, organizing and leading property viewings, and facilitating purchase transactions. You will also maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, meet sales targets, and stay informed about market trends and company developments.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in market research and analysis to identify potential clients and trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Metro Manila market and local property trends is a plus
