Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional based in Metro Cebu. The Sales Professional will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, and building client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The Sales Professional will also maintain detailed records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the lubricants industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
