In this role, you’ll translate patient medical records into accurate codes for insurance claims, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with both clients and internal teams to resolve coding issues. You’ll also conduct audits, maintain coding records, and help improve documentation processes. Key Responsibilities Translate patient medical documentation into accurate medical codes (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS). Ensure accurate coding and claims submission for physician services. Support clinics and practice managers in proper coding and billing practices. Identify incomplete or inconsistent documentation and coordinate with providers to resolve issues. Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams for coding-related inquiries. Conduct audits for denied claims, missing data, and coding discrepancies. Maintain a tracking system for coded charts and ensure timely completion. Research complex coding and claims issues to uphold quality standards. Recommend improvements for clearer documentation and more efficient coding workflows. Qualifications AAPC or AHIMA Certified Medical Coder 3–5 years of clinical medical coding experience (preferably in Cardiology ) Strong understanding of US insurance structures and HIPAA compliance Excellent English communication and listening skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Willingness to work night shift (US hours ) Other Requirements Must be AAPC/AHIMA certified coder At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in Medical Coding focuses in Cardiology Knowledgeable in US Insurance Plan Structure and HIPAA regulations Good oral and verbal English communication skills as well as listening skills Capacity to navigate challenging situations with easeWilling to work in a graveyard shift (US time zone) Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (US Time Zone) Permanent Work From Home Weekly Paychecks Thriving Company Culture with Complete Autonomy Exclusive Specialized Training Programs Unlock Your Potential with a Highly Competitive Salary Who are we?
