Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Counsel who has experience working with U.S.-based companies to join our growing operations in the Philippines and provide comprehensive legal and compliance support to our U.S. and international business units. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and MOUs. Provide legal guidance on corporate, labor, and compliance matters. Coordinate with U.S. legal and HR teams to ensure alignment with both U.S. and Philippine laws. Manage labor compliance, documentation, and local filings as required. Handle general corporate legal affairs and provide legal support for internal business operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a top university in the Philippines (e.g., UP, Ateneo, San Beda, UST). Experience working with U.S.-based companies. 3–6 years of professional legal experience (corporate law, contracts, or compliance). Experience working in IT, staffing, or BPO industries preferred. Strong understanding of Philippine labor and corporate laws. Excellent communication and drafting skills in English. Ability to work the Eastern Time (U.S.) shift. Compensation & Work Setup Salary: USD 1,500 – 2,000/month , depending on experience. Remote role (Philippines-based) aligned with the Eastern Time Zone .
