Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Marketing Manager located in Pasig. The Trade Marketing Manager will oversee market planning, develop and execute trade marketing strategies, and contribute to business planning initiatives. The role involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with teams to align strategies with company objectives. Additionally, the person will support sales efforts by creating marketing tools and driving promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Market Planning and Trade Marketing to design and implement effective strategies.
  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to evaluate market potential and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Solid experience in Sales to support trade-related initiatives and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Relevant experience in a marketing or business development role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting and adapt to a dynamic environment.
