Portfolio Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a data-driven professional to manage and improve portfolio performance through in-depth analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in financial data analysis, and a passion for driving business growth through data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret portfolio data to assess quality, trends, and key performance drivers
  • Conduct deep dives and segmentation analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
  • Develop and manage portfolio strategies to enhance profitability, credit quality, and business growth
  • Recommend test programs and initiatives to improve credit productivity and approval rates
  • Support collections strategy through analysis of delinquency, flow rates, and recovery trends
  • Collaborate with other business units to support portfolio growth and quality
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Data Science and Analytics team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or data science—preferably in banking or fintech
  • Proficient in programming or analytical tools such as R, Python, SQL, or SAS
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
