The role of a Assistanr Portfolio Manager is to manage relationships with external customers (Orgs) and internal BallerTV stakeholders (Colleagues). The ideal candidate must have full English proficiency, demonstrated knowledge of the nuances of the English language, Account Management experience, CRM knowledge, best practices input, & an eye for process improvement.

Key Duties:

The Assistant Portfolio Manager will be responsible for:

  • Director with Tier 1 & VIP Portfolios
  • Yearly Kickoff planning
  • Quarterly event performance review
  • Payment review & adjustments
  • Agreement compliance
  • Margin Maximization
  • Cost savings
  • Account growth
  • New sports
  • New events
  • New markets

Requirements Must Haves (in order of importance)

Full English language proficiency

  • Written

Availability

  • Shift
  • Mon-Fri
  • 8 am-5 pm Pacific time
  • Hours may vary

Account Management Experience

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Connect with key internal stakeholders
  • Prepare event performance reports
  • Track contractual compliance
  • Provide management with weekly and monthly event performance summaries
  • Identify new opportunities and partnerships
  • Forecast YoY changes

Systems Knowledge

  • CRM
  • Monday

Time Management

  • Schedule meetings
  • Attend daily/weekly/monthly stand-ups
  • Forecast upcoming deliverables volume
