The Accounting Associate assists auditors and accountants with basic accounting and bookkeeping functions, such as preparing invoices, managing client accounts, preparing reports, and other clerical activities. They are responsible for the accurate and up-to-date recording of assigned transactions and supporting documents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping for Head Office and Branch Transactions
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Monitoring
  • Compliance Reporting
  • Branches and Head Office Accounting Support

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Technology or BS Accountancy
  • Experience in bookkeeping in a banking institution is an advantage but not necessary
  • Computer literate
  • Must be able to keep confidential information
  • Focused, dedicated and willing to render overtime work when needed
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
