Position Responsibilities

Are you a forward-thinking leader passionate about leveraging GTM tools to improve our sellers' and marketers' experience?

Deltek empowers project-based software that enables our customers to launch rockets into space and build cities. As our GTM Ops Strategy Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of integrating best-in-class tools into our GTM operations, leading innovation and driving efficiency across teams. You will evaluate vendors' value, lead our usage and adoption analysis, and ensure our internal resources are continuously updated to reflect the latest advancements in GTM tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate Sales and Marketing tools, systems, and processes.
• Act as liaison between teams to vet and translate business objectives and needs into technology and process requirements.
• Work closely with business partners to develop clear requirements, business justification, and business outcomes to help assess risks and determine buy vs. build opportunities
• Partner closely with the IT Team to ensure projects are scoped, implemented and delivered under committed timelines.
• Own projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Create and maintain key documentation such as process flows, use cases, test scripts, and enablement materials.
• Act as subject matter expert for the GTM technology stack.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure our GTM systems and tools are current with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we'd love you to have the following:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or technical certification in Data Analytics preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in GTM operations, sales, marketing, or business development
• AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in GTM functions.
• Business Expertise: Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Attributes: Curious, innovative, and solutions-oriented —able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for continuous learning and problem solving.
