Senior Strategy Manager Opportunity

Deltek is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Strategy Manager to join our Global Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across teams by integrating best-in-class tools into our GTM operations.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will act as a liaison between teams to vet and translate business objectives and needs into technology and process requirements. You will also partner closely with the IT Team to ensure projects are scoped, implemented, and delivered under committed timelines.

We are looking for a curious, innovative, and solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about leveraging AI technologies and their application in GTM functions. If you have 8+ years of experience in GTM operations, sales, marketing, or business development, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">

  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate Sales and Marketing tools, systems, and processes.

    ">

  • Act as liaison between teams to vet and translate business objectives and needs into technology and process requirements.

    ">

  • Work closely with business partners to develop clear requirements, business justification, and business outcomes.

    ">

  • Partner closely with the IT Team to ensure projects are scoped, implemented, and delivered under committed timelines.

    ">

  • Own projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

    ">

  • Create and maintain key documentation such as process flows, use cases, test scripts, and enablement materials.

    ">

  • Act as subject matter expert for the GTM technology stack.

    ">

  • Monitor industry trends to ensure our GTM systems and tools are current with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications">

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or technical certification in Data Analytics preferred.

    ">

  • Experience: 8+ years in GTM operations, sales, marketing, or business development.

    ">

  • AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in GTM functions.

    ">

  • Business Expertise: Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

    ">

Travel Requirements: 10%
