Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer who will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the team, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, clients, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing, processing, and managing sales documentation such as quotations, proposals, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Coordinating with the sales team to track and monitor leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, client information, and reports.
  • Assisting in preparing sales presentations, reports, and marketing materials using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements for the sales department.
  • Providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication between clients and the internal team.
  • Supporting marketing and promotional activities when needed.
  • Performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, clerical support, or a similar role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong clerical and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in using Canva for marketing and presentation materials.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude in addressing issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must be a resident/local of Davao City.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Trustworthy, professional, and customer-service oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,260.00 per month
