We are hiring a Relationship Manager to lead client engagement, drive account growth, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a solid background in marketing or creative services. You'll manage key accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and help deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Develop account plans, monitor performance, and present insights
  • Proactively manage issues and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Identify and pitch upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate on project timelines using tools like ClickUp and Instagantt
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in relationship or account management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industries
  • Strong understanding of marketing services and industry trends
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts
  • Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value
