Client Onboarding and Collection Team Lead – Salesforce Expert
We are seeking a Client Onboarding and Collection Team Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce to lead and coordinate onboarding and collection processes for our clients. This role collaborates closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and efficient collection management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Oversee collection activities, managing timely invoicing, follow-ups, and issue resolution to optimize cash flow.
- Utilize Salesforce to track onboarding progress, collection status, and client communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align processes and provide excellent client service.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing training on Salesforce usage and client engagement best practices.
- Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and escalate issues promptly to management and client stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements to enhance onboarding experience and collection efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client onboarding, collections, or relevant operational roles, preferably in a BPO supporting SaaS or technology clients.
- Expertise in Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with multiple internal and external teams.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve performance targets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver.
- Familiarity with finance and billing processes is a plus.
This position is vital in delivering a seamless client experience and supporting revenue collection through effective leadership and Salesforce expertise within the BPO environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
