What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as a Time and Labor Implementation Business Analyst, where you'll lead implementations, configure solutions, manage data, and deliver training. You'll ensure systems run seamlessly, provide project support, and collaborate with teams worldwide to create scalable HR solutions that make a lasting impact.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar capacity
  • Previous PEO experience (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently deliver client system training
  • Knowledge of UKG/Kronos time and labor management software, with the ability to understand and configure complex PTO accruals
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure, anticipate issues, and develop solutions in advance
  • Strong attention to detail in managing and interpreting data to avoid errors
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage change effectively
  • Understanding of various processes and methodologies, with the ability to speak intelligently about them and apply techniques that add value to a team or enterprise
  • Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, and web applications
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow directions, collaborate with customers, and contribute to technical planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HRP/PrismHR (a plus)
  • Experience with SaaShr WFR (preferred)

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Assist and lead the evaluation, implementation, and configuration of solutions to deliver products to requestors
  • Provide systems analysis, business requirements, detailed process mapping, design, and project management
  • Gather compliant data requirements, configure, test, train, and troubleshoot time and labor management solutions
  • Provide post-project completion support
  • Run internal and client-based User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to validate and obtain sign-off on product implementations
  • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for user and application issues
  • Collaborate with IT staff and internal customers in product reviews, tests, and pilots
  • Provide consulting support on process and system issues
  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures
  • Elicit, document, and analyze requirements and functional specifications for client implementations and cross-functional projects to deliver optimal solutions
  • Analyze data and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
  • Lead or assist with the design, implementation, and modification of vendor-provided or custom applications
  • Train end users and create related training materials
  • Work in a matrix environment with multiple clients in different project phases (startup, configuration, production)
  • Manage communication through phone, email, and in-person channels
  • Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures
  • Foster and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and business partners
  • Maintain all project tasks through the production ticket system on an ongoing basis
  • Keep management informed of issues and project status
  • Demonstrate completed product functionality to stakeholders
  • Leverage business and functional knowledge to design solutions that address client needs
