Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, encoding, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain accurate invoices for clients and internal transactions
  • Monitor, record, and prepare detailed reports of company expenses and reimbursements
  • Maintain and update financial and administrative records in an organized and systematic manner
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, administrative and expense reports
  • Coordinate with accounting, operations, and other departments regarding invoices and expense documentation
  • Ensure all documents are complete, properly approved, and compliant with company policies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and office communications
  • Support management with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information
