You will be reporting in our newly established Integrated Shared Service entity in the Philippines. (100% onsite work arrangement in our BGC, Philippines office)

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Automation Analyst to support the documentation, assessment, and delivery of automation-ready finance processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring that processes selected for automation are fit-for-purpose, well-documented, and aligned with business goals.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to prepare automation project plans, track progress, and ensure compliance with internal policies. What You Will Be Doing


• Supports the establishment of and adherence to policies regarding automation catalog additions and changes


• Ensures that automation process accurate information


• Ensures that all automation change received have appropriate approvals


• Communicates new automations to internal and external customers where appropriate


• Supplies advice on processes to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects


• Ensures that Coca-Cola Enterprises policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)


• Supports the drive to ensure that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user friendly manner


• Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements


• Ensures that reporting activities are automated where applicable


• Document each automation and add the relevant components to the automation catalog

Experience required


• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified from a recognized institution


• Proven success in managing process improvement and automation projects


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a business or finance environment


• Strong documentation and analytical skills


• Familiarity with automation tools such as Blue Prism, SAP, VBA, and SharePoint


• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities


• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


• Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, or Information Systems
