Your Role:
  • Direct interaction with stakeholders within the Controlling community.
  • Responsible for delivering regular reporting packages and implementing relevant updates to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Involvement in ad hoc analysis and transforming data into information to align with customer requirements.
  • Engagement in various collaborations, ranging from simple to complex problem-solving.
  • Act as a "Service Expert," open to change and advocating for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting to a Team Leader for administrative tasks and relevant projects and business requirements.
Who You Are:
  • Graduate in Finance/Accounting, preferably CPA; CIMA/CMA is an advantage but not required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance operations within a shared service setting or locally, focusing on:
  • Financial modeling
  • Management reporting
  • Financial analysis
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Internal controls
  • Cash flow management
  • Stakeholder relations
  • Risk management
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Controlling experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry and in shared services is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to a complex and fast-paced environment with high performance expectations in a continuously changing atmosphere.
  • Collaborative, assertive, and confident in communicating at all organizational levels (e.g., presenting financial data to business stakeholders).
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work mid-shift (3 PM - 12 AM).
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in process migration or transformation is an advantage.
  • Applied knowledge in business performance reporting tools (dashboards).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, with experience in Power BI, Power Automate, Analysis for Office, SAC, Tableau, Hyperion, Cloud Reporting, and other reporting tools, including TM1 preferred.
