Part-Time | Remote | 5–15 Hours/Week

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support us with light systems management, admin tasks, scheduling, and organization to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pause and resume client payments as needed
  • Assist with basic CRM tasks (updating contacts, tagging, notes, etc.)
  • Track and organize projects, deadlines, and client details
  • Help design and format decks/presentations (Google Slides/Canva)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, calls, and meetings
  • Keep spreadsheets and tracking documents up to date
  • Provide general admin and organizational support

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an admin/operations role
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, able to work independently and follow processes
  • Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel) a plus
  • Basic design ability (Canva) preferred
