Enjoy baking and producing quality breads and pastries? Our restaurant and café in Greenhills Mall is looking for a reliable and skilled Baker to join our kitchen team

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan
  • At least a high school graduate; baking courses or certifications are an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in baking, food preparation, and proper food handling
  • Familiar with kitchen sanitation standards and safety practices
  • Can follow recipes precisely and deliver consistent output
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong organizational skills and good time management
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and dedicated to maintaining high standards

Key Duties:

  • Produce breads and pastries following set recipes and quality guidelines
  • Manage daily baking tasks to ensure products are fresh and ready when needed
  • Monitor ingredient stock and assist in requesting or replenishing supplies
  • Support cost management by using ingredients efficiently
  • Check the quality of ingredients, dough, and finished products regularly
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the baking process
  • Coordinate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and productive operations
