Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area at all times
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently
  • Stay composed and productive during peak service hours while upholding quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout the shift

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work on-site in Greenhills Mall, San Juan City
  • With 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or café service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to remember guest preferences
  • Polite, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Works well as part of a team-oriented environment
  • Open to weekend and holiday shifts, with flexibility in schedule
