WE'RE HIRING: Line Cook (Greenhills Mall, San Juan)

We're seeking a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Greenhills Mall. The ideal candidate has strong hot kitchen experience and a passion for crafting flavorful dishes inspired by French, American, and Italian cuisines: from savory pastas and sauces to perfectly cooked meats and classic comfort fare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items consistently and up to restaurant quality standards
  • Execute hot kitchen techniques such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, and pan-frying
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in recipe preparation and improvement, contributing creative input where needed
  • Promote a collaborative and respectful kitchen culture through teamwork and communication

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Willing to be assigned in Greenhills Mall, San Juan City
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Skilled in hot kitchen operations, with background in Italian, American, or French cuisine — including:
  • Meat entrées (steaks, roasts, stews, etc.)
  • Sauce and stock preparation
  • Pasta and classic comfort dishes
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen tools, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Highly organized, able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to consistent, high-quality output
  • Open to learning new techniques and recipes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Team-oriented, professional, and positive work attitude
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
