WE'RE HIRING: Pizza Maker / Pizza Chef (Greenhills Mall, San Juan)

We're on the lookout for a skilled and dependable Pizza Maker to join our restaurant team at Greenhills Mall. If you're passionate about creating delicious, high-quality pizzas and enjoy working in a lively kitchen environment, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handcraft pizzas from start to finish — including dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking
  • Ensure every pizza meets our New York–style standards for flavor, texture, and presentation
  • Follow standardized recipes while maintaining consistency and proper portioning
  • Assist with ingredient prep (sauces, toppings, dough) and uphold strict food safety and sanitation practices
  • Support with inventory checks, supply management, and occasional cost-related tasks
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service, especially during peak hours
  • Help cultivate a positive, efficient, and respectful kitchen atmosphere

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Willing to work full-time in Greenhills Mall, San Juan
  • At least a high school graduate
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker or Pizza Chef (experience with New York–style pizzas is a strong plus)
  • Solid background in kitchen operations, food handling, and equipment use
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent even under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptable, efficient, and proactive in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • Reliable and passionate about delivering excellent quality in every dish
