Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Promotions

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote ESL programs and special offers.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, posters, videos, and digital content.
  • Coordinate events, orientations, and activities related to student recruitment and marketing promotions.

2. Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Manage the school's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and ensure consistent, engaging content.
  • Monitor online engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Prepare digital reports and analyze marketing performance metrics.

3. Collaboration and Networking

  • Coordinate with agents, partner schools, and organizations for marketing activities and student recruitment.
  • Work closely with the Academic and Student Services Departments to gather content for marketing use.
  • Support marketing events, school fairs, and external promotions.

4. Administrative and Support Duties

  • Maintain marketing databases and student inquiry records.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager or School Director.
