DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: President and General Manager

Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a Marketing Manager for Baguio City and Manila branch with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate accounts, partnerships, and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and organizations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee brand communication to ensure consistency across platforms (online, in-store, print).
  • Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and customer behavior.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for content creation, product launches, and promotional materials.

Operational & Administrative

  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, budgets, and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with operations, product development, and store teams for alignment on promotions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of leads, pipelines, and sales performance.
  • Represent the company in sales calls, trade shows, and external events.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year Food & Beverage (F&B) experience in a supervisory-level role — non-negotiable.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in F&B sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, basic analytics, and brand management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Work Requirements:

  • Willing to travel as needed (*_non-negotiable)_*:

If based in Baguio, must be willing to travel to Manila.

If based in Manila, must be willing to travel to Baguio.

  • Ability to work on-field for client visits, ocular visits, meetings, and events.
  • Flexible schedule depending on marketing activities , and deadlines.
