About the role

Hiessence is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to play a key role in elevating our brand and driving impactful marketing strategies. As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing efforts, from developing and executing campaigns to analysing data and optimising performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing initiatives for Hiessence's aromatic diffusers and related product lines.
  • Drive brand visibility through innovative campaigns, partnerships, events, and digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through online and offline marketing activities.
  • Oversee branding efforts, including visual identity, storytelling, and positioning in the market.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, influencer partnerships, and digital ads to increase engagement.
  • Handles all HiEssence Social Media Accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.

Qualifications:

  • ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • ·Minimum 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, fragrance or wellness brands.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing successful campaigns that increase brand visibility.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
