Customer Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with new and long-time clients. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Assistance – Engage with new and existing customers in person and/or via phone, email, live chat, and addressing inquiries and concerns

  2. Product Knowledge – Stay up-to-date with our natural pet product line and confidently educate customers

  3. Sales – Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  4. Order Processing – Assist in placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling exchanges

  5. Problem Solving – Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns

  6. Relationship Building – Foster long-term relationships with clients and network with prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction

  7. Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and internal processes. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent

Good communication and interpersonal skills
