About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall sales success of the company. This is a full-time position based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales leads to expand the client base
  2. Presenting our products and services effectively to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition
  3. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  5. Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts
  6. Accurately documenting all sales activities and maintaining detailed records
  7. Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor insights, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the Sales industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
  4. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets
  5. Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  7. Positive attitude and a team player mindset
