Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Cornell Ingredients Corporation Full time ₱600,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year


• Data Management - Maintenance of physical and digital records such as employment contracts and requests etc.


• Recruitment / Talent acquisition- In charge of recruitment and placement, on boarding and off boarding.


• Creation and implementation of employee handbook and memorandums (policies and manuals).


• Compensation - Ensures prompt preparation of payroll through data gathering of attendance and shifting schedules (updating of payroll procedures)


• Benefits - In charge and addresses employee concerns regarding Government mandated benefits such as well as compliance to DOLE, SSS, Pag ibig, Philhealth etc.


• Oversees HMO activities and benefits such as APE scheduling, complaints/ concerns, renewal plans, utilization rates and reviews other HMO providers.


• On time monthly reporting of HR related metrics to the management.


• Employee relations / employee performance & development - Initiates, implements and archive data of performance activity as well as preparation of Performance appraisal system.


• Employee services - Manages Company events calendar (Town hall meetings, archiving of minutes of meeting and major events).


• Preparation of training modules, outline or PowerPoint presentation with HR related trainings, seminar or orientation. In charge of orientation of newly hired employees regarding Company HR and Admin details, Handbook & Code of Conduct.


• Monitor Government related permits and follows processing with Finance department and with the Liaison Officer.


• Manages IT and employee equipment related concerns (coordinates with technician for repair).


• Monitors office supplies and resources monitoring and management.


• Supervises Support Team and monitors support team request & preparation of their daily trip itinerary


• Supports Admin-HR Team goals and assists Management in ad hoc tasks & reports

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate major in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Management / Business Administration
  • Residing in Metro Manila
  • With at least 3 years' work experience as Admin HR Generalist or General HR or as HR Admin Supervisor, with knowledge and background in all facets of Human Resources and Development
  • With at least 3 years' work experience in handling Administrative Department as Administrative Supervisor or OIC.
  • Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
