Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines PM Consulting Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

We are looking for a Licensed Architect with strong experience in construction and architectural finishes to support greenfield FMCG facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and facilitate building and construction activities, ensuring architectural works are delivered to specification.
  • Manage and supervise final architectural finishes across office spaces, central facilities, and support structures.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution of architectural elements.
  • Support compliance with safety and FMCG standards throughout construction.
  • Provide technical guidance on architectural design implementation and finishing quality.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (PRC).
  • At least 3–5 years' experience in construction projects, with hands-on involvement in fit-out and finishing works.
  • Industrial project background (plants, warehouses, industrial facilities) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
