Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Creating and refining architectural designs based on client requirements.

Project Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of a project, ensuring it stays within budget and meets deadlines.

Coordination: Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Documentation: Producing detailed architectural drawings and specifications.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring designs adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations.

Client Liaison: Maintaining communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and updating them on progress.

Site Visits: Conducting regular site visits to ensure construction adheres to design plans and addressing any issues that arise.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting issues during the design and construction phases.

Skills Needed:

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design software like AutoCAD or other softwares

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the design and construction phases.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interactions.

Time Management: Managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Creativity: Developing innovative solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Licensing: Often requires licensure as a professional architect.
