KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain complex Excel models to manage product data and updates.
  • Prepare and update product guides, word documentation, and other partner-facing resources.
  • Design and manage interactive forms, including advanced functionality using JavaScript and PDF tools.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Mortgage Managers and third-party partners, handling queries related to accreditation, systems, CRM, and processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely product and policy information to support Mortgage Managers and their teams.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new Mortgage Managers by setting up system access, preparing resources, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Deliver tailored training and guidance on systems, processes, and product usage to Mortgage Managers.
  • Support the Third-Party Distribution team with document preparation, formatting, file management, and record keeping.
  • Assist with communication initiatives, such as training knowledge, email updates and blasts
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance Mortgage Manager support processes, leveraging technology, automation and AI.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 12 months' experience in an administrative or loan writer support capacity within the mortgage or financial services sector (essential).
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management, Word for document production, and PDF tools for creating and editing forms (essential).
  • Proven ability to prepare clear written material and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders (essential).
  • Strong organisational abilities with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail (essential).
  • Track record of resolving Mortgage Manager or partner queries efficiently and effectively (essential).
  • Exposure to AI applications or process automation technologies that improve efficiency (desirable).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for developing interactive forms (desirable).
