What is your mission?

We are looking for a Web Content Administrator to oversee and maintain product data across multiple regional websites. You'll manage SKU catalogs, ensure accurate and timely product launches, and collaborate with Marketing, IT, and external partners to maintain data integrity. This role suits a detail-oriented professional experienced in web content management, data analysis, and digital operations within fast-paced global or tech-driven industries.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Coordinate global data entry in product information systems
  • Maintain SKU catalogs for regional websites and marketplaces
  • Partner with Marketing and other teams to ensure on-time product launches
  • Conduct periodic data integrity checks across databases
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party partners to resolve product setup issues
  • Maintain clear documentation of data management workflows
  • Support internal projects and assist with ad-hoc content tasks
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web content management or digital marketing
  • Proven experience managing content for high-traffic or e-commerce websites
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Experience in consumer products, gaming, or tech industries (preferred)
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in handling complex data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
