  • Responsible for preparation of cost estimates for the preparation of price proposals for bids and variation orders.
  • Provide technical guidance on assigned projects and plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates assigned engineering works and ensure compliance of applicable regulations, accepted technical / engineering practices and procedures are followed / applied in the preparation of project plans and proposals.
  • Perform personnel functions by supervising and inspecting the performance of contractors and cadet engineers to ensure that all procedures are completed to the company set standards and client standards and ensure that work progress according to schedule.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager / General Manager to schedule work and set priorities and act as the backup for calls when there are emergencies.
  • Coordinate with the Contractor & Supplier for the purchase and delivery of required materials for the completion of a specified project and ensure that supply of material required are maintained to avoid disruption of work.
  • Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule and to ensure that all the tools, machine and equipment being used in the work site are maintained in the prescribed condition.
  • Prepare reports and schedule project planned activities, to show and monitor that project development is progressing according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines and submits the same to the Project Manager.
  • Preparation of monthly accomplishment report and frequent coordination with Accounting Department for monthly project billings.
  • Perform other duties as may be required by the superiors/ management from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil)
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Preferably have completed a DOLE Accredited COSH Seminar
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must be ready for quarterly project inspection outside GMA
