Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, departments, or external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management or leadership.
  • Process Government requirements (i.g. Business Permit)
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a liaison, coordinator, or related role in a manpower agency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in dealing with Government Agency.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Willing to start ASAP
