Compliance Staff

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret government regulations relevant to the organization's operations, including licensing, labor laws, data protection, tax, environmental, and industry-specific requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of mandatory reports, filings, permits, certifications, and renewals to government agencies.
- Assist in preparing internal audits and assessments related to government compliance.
- Maintain an updated compliance calendar and documentation for all government-related obligations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect data and ensure accuracy in government submissions.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies during inspections, audits, or inquiries.
- Assist in responding to notices, findings, or investigations from government agencies.
- Assist in other HR / admin tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a compliance, regulatory, or administrative role, preferably involving interaction with government agencies.
- Familiarity with local, regional, and national government regulations applicable to the organization.
- Willing to start ASAP

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
