  • Conversion and Opening of Accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Regularly visit assigned accounts to monitor performance, discuss issues, and propose solutions.
  • Implement sales plans and promotional activities to increase product visibility and boost sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned areas or customer segments.
  • Assist in resolving account issues such as payment delays, delivery concerns, and customer complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or field marketing (at least 1–2 years).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with route planning, and field operations.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel to assigned locations.
