SOC Lead

Role Overview:

The SOC Lead / Manager / Architect is responsible for leading the SOC team, designing and optimizing security architecture, ensuring compliance with security standards, and creating incident response playbooks to streamline operations and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SOC analysts, incident responders, and threat hunters.
• Design and implement SOC architecture for scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and executive leadership on security strategy.
• Ensure SOC operations meet performance and risk management goals.

Experience & Certifications

• Required:
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Bonus Skills:
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Familiarity with cloud security architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK)
• Proven track record in team leadership and security program design

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
