RESTAURANT CHAIN FINANCE AUDITOR

Work Location: Makati

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in auditing, finance, or accounting; preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), internal controls, and audit practices.

  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory, cash handling, food cost, and revenue cycle management.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLLOWING:

  1. Financial Audit & Review

  2. Review revenue reports, sales summaries, and POS system transactions for accuracy.

  3. Verify accuracy of cost of sales, payroll expenses, and other operating costs.

  4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  5. Assess and monitor internal control systems across cash handling, inventory management, and procurement.

  6. Identify weaknesses, risks, and irregularities in processes.

  7. Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen financial safeguards.

  8. Review restaurant-level financial practices, including petty cash handling, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations.

  9. Monitor inventory movement and verify alignment with purchase orders, supplier invoices, and kitchen usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php80,000.00 per month
